About Mapstone Property Solutions

Mapstone Property Solutions has served homeowners and businesses in the St. Croix Valley and east metro since 2015. Jack Mapstone started the company as College Lawn and Labor LLC to pay his way through Gustavus Adolphus College, then grew it into a full-service property maintenance company built on reliability and hard work.

In December 2025, Mason Carter took ownership of Mapstone. Mason is carrying forward the standards Jack built while investing in better equipment, modern scheduling and billing, and a crew that takes pride in its work.

Today we provide weekly lawn care, fertilization and weed control, aeration and overseeding, spring and fall cleanups, landscape and hardscape installation, and seasonal snow removal for residential and commercial properties in Stillwater, Lake Elmo, Bayport, Oak Park Heights, Mahtomedi, Grant, West Lakeland Township, and Houlton, WI.
